There are just a few short hours left till Greta Salóme takes to the Eurovision stage in Stockholm to try and secure a ticket to Saturday’s grand final.

Last night saw the ‘jury semi-final’ – a dress rehearsal watched and scored by the professional juries of the voting nations. The scores from last night will make up 50% of the result, with televoting results from viewers tonight making up the other 50%.

By all accounts, the Icelandic performance exceeded all expectations and most predict an Icelandic qualification. The top ten countries from tonight’s field of eighteen will perform again in the final Saturday.
