Icelandic musician Björk Guðmundsdóttir wrote a Facebook post yesterday stating that she had been sexualy assaulted by a director when she was acting in a film he directed.

The reason that Björk has spoken out are the accusations of numerous actresses towards film producer Harvey Weinstein for sexual assault and sexual harassment.

Björk starred in Lars Von Trier's Dancer in the Dark in the year 2000.

Peter Aalbæk Jensen, coproducer of Dancer in the Dark has responded to Björk's allegations saying that Von Trier and himself were the real victims and not Björk.
