Rental prices in Reykjavik to soar

Rental prices are expected to go up even faster in the capital area. Rental price has gone up faster than real estate in recent months.
Ari Skúlason, analyst at Landsbankinn predicts this development in an interview in today's edition of Morgunblaðið.
Airbnb rentals are however not increasing and are at a standstill.
