Icelandic pianist Víkingur Heiðar Ólafsson is nominated for the BBC Music Magazine Awards for his latest solo album where he performs works by Johann Sebastian Bach. The voting is open until February 19th.
The album, Johann Sebastian Bach, was released by the prestigious Deutsche Grammophon label and has receveid rave reviews. Ólafsson's album has been nominated in the instrumental music category of the awards.
