Storm expected this weekend- travel plans may need to be changed!

The weather forecast is not looking good for this coming weekend. A storm with very strong wind is expected and people are urged to follow the forecast carefully. 

Rain will continue throughout the week but on Friday a cold Southwesterly wind accompanied by rain and sleet will arrive.  On Saturday and Sunday it will rain with very strong winds. 

Next weekend is a bank holiday weekend in Iceland so many people have made plans to go to the countryside or camping, but this weather forecast is not looking at all good for those kinds of activities.
