Storm rages in Reykjavik in the early hours
A storm came back in Reykjavik in the early hours this morning. Drivers are asked to be careful as gusts of wind are strong and rain is heavy.
A yellow warning has been issued by the Iceland Met Office for Faxaflói, Breiðafjörður and the eastern part of North Iceland. Up to 45 m/s are expected beneath mount Hafnarfjall.
Tonight the weather should subside.
The temperature is unusually warm for December, going up to 10 C today.
Rain is expected for the next few days.
