Iceland's PM first to send well wishes to Thai boys rescued from cave

 British newspaper The Guardian reports that Icelandic PM Katrín Jakobsdóttir was the first international leader to rejoice publicly at the news that all the boys and their coaches were rescued from the cave in Thailand. 

Jakobsdóttir's tweet is embedded here below. 

Theresa May, British Prime Minister, followed suit with a tweet ten minutes later. 

Donald Trump also joined in.
