Iceland draws 2:2 against France last night

 Iceland played an exciting match against France last night in Guingamp, France as part of the UEFA friendlies. The French team looked set for defeat after Iceland scored two goals by Birkir Bjarnason and Kari Arnason.

Kylian Mbappe was brought on as a substitute for the final half-hour and managed to score two goals. 

Speaking to mbl.is team captain Gylfi Þór Sigurðsson (team captain in the absence of Aron Einar Gunnarsson) said that they were pleased with their general performance although they were disappointed by the final turn of affairs. 

Iceland's next match in the Nation's League is against Switzerland on Monday.
